Is there a contract commitment?
No, there is no contract period – you can cancel at any time without any termination fees. Unlike many providers, we don't require a 12-24 month commitment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. After cancellation, the system will work until the end of the month.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect from the next month.
Are there any transaction fees?
Card payment fees depend on your monthly turnover. EUR cards from 0.70% + EUR 0.02, non-EUR cards from 1.90% + EUR 0.02.
Is VAT included in the price?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT (21%) will be added to the final invoice.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via Paysera, bank transfers and cards (Visa, Mastercard). Invoices are issued at the end of each month.
