Is table management included in the price?
Table management is planned for Q3 2026. Currently, you can use the open tabs functionality, which allows you to manage customer orders in a similar way.
What kitchen printers are supported?
We support most popular thermal printers with Bluetooth or WiFi connection. We recommend Epson, Star Micronics or SUNMI printers.
Can I manage multiple restaurants?
Yes! With the Smart plan, you can manage multiple locations with centralized reports. Each location can have its own menu and prices.
How long does it take to train staff?
The system is intuitive - most waiters start working independently after 15-30 minutes of training. We provide free training for all new clients.
Does it integrate with food delivery platforms?
Currently, there's no direct integration with Wolt, Bolt Food, but you can enter orders manually. Integrations are planned for the future.
