What barcode scanners are supported?
Paysera POS works with most Bluetooth and USB barcode scanners. You can also use your phone camera as a scanner - this is a free feature.
Is there a product limit?
Basic plan allows up to 1000 products. Smart plan has unlimited products.
How to import products from Excel?
Download our template, fill in product data and upload the file. The system automatically creates all products with codes, prices and categories.
Is inventory synchronized between stores?
Yes! The Smart plan allows you to manage shared inventory across multiple stores or have separate inventory for each location.
Is Paysera POS suitable for selling second-hand goods (margin VAT)?
Yes. Paysera POS supports the margin VAT scheme under Lithuanian VAT Law Art. 106-110: purchase prices are tracked, VAT is calculated only on the margin, and the receipt automatically includes the mandatory annotation without the VAT rate. Margin scheme and regular items can be combined on a single receipt.
Can it integrate with other systems?
Yes. For WooCommerce e-shops we have a ready-made plugin - paid orders automatically become POS invoices with unified numbering. For other systems Paysera POS offers a REST API that lets you automate the synchronisation of orders, products and customer data.
