We have improved the Touch register layout. You can now tailor it to your business: choose the tile size and decide whether product photos are shown.
- A neat, even layout. Every product photo is shown in a frame of the same size, so tiles line up evenly even when photos were uploaded in different sizes. A product without a photo is marked with the first letter of its name, so it is easy to spot.
- More products on one screen. Choose smaller tiles and your cashiers scroll less. This is especially handy with a large range.
- Photos when you want them. If only a few products have photos, you can hide them, and tiles then show just the name and price.
How to set it: on the Touch register, tap “Display” (the four-squares icon) in the top bar and choose “Tile size” (Small, Medium, Large) and “Photos on tiles” (Show, Hide). The change is saved at once and applies to the register where you made it, so each register can be set differently. Users who can manage products can change this setting.
