Most common errors and their solutions

Cannot connect to server

The system cannot connect to Paysera servers.

Solution: Check your internet connection. If internet is working, try refreshing the page or restarting the device.

Session expired

Your session has expired due to prolonged inactivity.

Solution: Log in again with your user credentials.

Insufficient permissions

Your user account does not have permission to perform this action.

Solution: Contact the administrator to grant the necessary permissions.

Product not found

The scanned barcode does not match any product.

Solution: Check if the product is created in the system and if the barcode is entered correctly.


Error 148

How to solve the i.EKA registration error

Error 148 means that not all documents were successfully registered in the VMI i.EKA system. This usually happens due to a temporary connection issue.

Open payment terminal management

Go to Payment Terminals → Payment Terminal Management.

Find the failed receipt

In the Receipts section, find the receipt with a red reload icon.

Retry registration

Click on the red icon. The system will try to register the receipt in the i.EKA system again.

Check result

If registration succeeded, the icon will turn green. If not - contact the support team.

Failed receipts must be registered within 24 hours. If the problem persists, contact the support team immediately.
